No Refunds

If you ordered the wrong item or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery if it meets these conditions:

• Tags and original packaging are intact

• The item is unworn and undamaged

• The original receipt is provided

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange panties or any lingerie sets that include panties. Please make sure to place your orders carefully.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for the one-way courier charges.
